James O'Shaughnessy, Baron O'Shaughnessy
James Richard O'Shaughnessy, Baron O'Shaughnessy is a British Conservative politician and member of the House of Lords.
He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire and graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics in 1998.
